Snow Day - Skiing in Flagstaff

When an unusual late season winter storm blew in, we scrapped our plans to backpack in the eastern Superstitions and made a mad dash for Flagstaff. It was the first time ever on cross-country skis for Josh and Charity, so of course we chose the triple difficult trail at the Flagstaff Nordic Center. They did just great, and we had a fabulous full day of skiing. During the night, NOAA made good on its promise of 100% chance of heavy snow, and we had a "snow ride" back to Tucson!
